A completely renovated apartment with an original layout of 3+1, which was split to two one bedroom apartments in personal ownership, which has a total area of ​​82.5 m2, is located on the first floor of a historic brick building on Korunní street in the Prague 2 - Vinohrady district.

The apartment faces South to Korunní street and North to the quiet garden.
